With much of her veterinary career spent in the US, studying sustainable ranch techniques, Dorit now devotes her time to bringing these practices to British beef farming. These images, captured in 2013, document her at work managing a herd of 1500 Aberdeen Angus cattle, over10,000 Acres on Salisbury Plain, England. Her aim, pioneering at the time - to produce outdoor-bred, sustainably fed beef.
